What we can and can’t help with
- We can answer questions about our guides, explain where a figure came from, fix errors and handle privacy, accessibility and partnership requests.
- We can’t give personal financial, tax, legal or insurance advice, quote prices, open accounts or change a policy. We are a publisher, not a bank, lender, insurer or broker. For questions about your own account, contact the company directly.
- Complaints about a financial company can be sent to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov/complaint). Insurance complaints go to your state insurance department.
- Please don’t send Social Security numbers, account numbers, card details or medical information by email or through the form.
Reporting an error in a guide
If you think a guide is wrong or out of date, email editorial@moneyverge.net with:
- the page address,
- what you believe is wrong, and
- a source for the correct information, if you have one.
We check every report against the original source. If we find an error, we correct the guide and update its “last updated” date. See our editorial standards for how we research and review guides.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, email privacy@moneyverge.net or see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
